Pre-Production Review
Fabric inspection, trim verification, and approved-sample sign-off before cutting begins.
Inline QC Checks
Roving inspectors check seams, measurements, and construction accuracy at every production stage.
AQL Final Inspection
End-of-line AQL sampling with defect categorisation and written inspection reports per order.
Wash & Wear Testing
Wash-cycle and dimensional stability testing on approved samples before bulk production sign-off.
